Form: Extend stay or settle in the UK as a person who was refused asylum: form FLR(DL)
Uk Visas Immigration
December 12
Apply online (form FLR (DL))
Details
Use form FLR(DL) if you are already in the UK, to apply online to extend your stay or indefinite leave to remain if you were refused asylum but given discretionary leave outside the rules to stay in the UK for a limited period of time.
You should check your eligibility before you apply. If you are eligible to apply you will find guidance on how to complete your application and the evidence you need to provide within the online application form.
Use the fee waiver application form if you are destitute and cant pay to extend your stay.
You must apply for the fee waiver before you make your FLR (DL) application to extend your stay. You cannot apply for a fee waiver if you are applying for indefinite leave to remain.
If you are applying for further leave on the basis of your family or private life then you need to apply using the application to remain in the UK on the basis of family life or private life.
